The UI became worse in the May update. Very difficult to track data usage now without the percentage comparison between data usage and number of days left. Especially for weekend data, it's very difficult to track! Please bring back the old UI. In fact, the old one looks much nicer!
Please go back to the old version from last month. The update is making it worse. It crashes most of the time when you try to open "deals". Data usage statistics is difficult to read. The old one was way better to read and it showed more details of usage.
The new bloody update just switched my online id to that of my dad's, and even after changing passwords I still can't login as it says service error. 10/10 would NOT recommend
Your app is getting good to bad, now I can't see individual shared line data usage and it's very lagging. This is moving backward MAXIS. if I can the 0 Star I will. :-( Please revert to the old one. Thx
Why do you expect customer to make use of the app when all the app doing is asking customer to log in and log in and keep buffering for the whole time. Please do your best to update your feature and value for money not just your marketing on profit maximising
I cant even log in into my own account after i signed up already?? It keeps on asking me to check my sign in info but i have already checked it a lot of times. I have also reinstalled it but still the same problem happens.
