It was fine until it wasn't. It notified me of all activity, which is a little annoying. It would be nice to choose if it tells everyone in the household or just you, but I can forgive that. What I can't forgive is the app suddenly not notifying me at all. I didn't change anything, but now I can't even see the appliances. I have been reinvited, deleted and recreated an account, even used a different email. No appliances show up, and no one shows up in my household. I hope this gets fixed.

all these reviews and Maytag/Whirlpool can't seem to understand that it's their app update caused missing appliances. adding them back to get an error message "duplicate" called the phone number to be told that adding household members doesn't work even though it's a feature in the app. the guy said the one that works needs to let that person use their login. that's great Maytag/Whirlpool. any other advice? sure would love a non pasted response with an intelligent work around. Fix your app!!!

The app is ok, but I can't add any household members. Every time I try to, I receive the message "Invitation Limit Reached. Please enter a valid email address." There are no other household members because, as stated, I can't add any . It would be nice if more than one person could receive the notifications. I've reached out to customer service, and they don't seem to have a workaround or a fix. They tell me it's an android issue. Sigh......
