Love the app so far. I've owned the set for 3+ years but just recently installed the app in hopes of conserving energy. I use the "Delay Start" option on my washing machine, but there is no such option on the dryer control panel. I installed the app so that I can at least remotely start the dryer during off-peak electric rates. It would be WONDERFUL if the app would also offer a "Delay Start" for the dryer, as that isn't a "button" featured on the machine itself.

It's ok, saves me stair time, but needs work. I rarely have connection issues -good thing. I can be mowing and see how much time is left on each machine via the app. If I want to wait for a commercial break to traverse the stairs, I can send the dryer into a new cycle. What I don't like is if a washer load is off balance, the machine doesn't send an alert to the app "need a little help here!" It just keeps trying to rebalance a load wasting gallons of water.

Most worthless app I've downloaded. Doesn't do anything more than the washer itself does. Then once signed up and info given there's no way to go in and edit that info. I want to cancel this thing, and can't through the app. The Maytag site and app are not synchronized, so can't sign on there for more features. $1 month extra for nothing more than feeling like I have to pay extra to use that $1100 washer that's been repaired three times in the three months we've owned it. DON'T DO IT!
