I paid for the Plus subscription thinking that I would be able to access more on the app, but it does nothing. In order to access any of the online information, you still have to go to the website. I've tried emailing about my issues twice now. Both times, they just email back and say to check the FAQ page. I like Runner's World, but this app gets a big 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

poorly designed, one of the most annoying apps. It is impossible to log in into your account, their login system is incompatible with Google sign in. You sign in and have membership, then you want to watch premium content it asks you sign in again; you do but it doesn't show the content, falling into infinite loop. Scrolling the stories is impossible without swiping into the magazine tab. they really need to adopt a better mobile magazine platform. hint, take a look at the New Yorker and learn.

This is literally nothing but a way to read the magazine. You do not get digital access with Plus so don't bother downloading. Runner's World Plus must be accessed through the website only. Just save a shortcut to your desktop. Customer service will not tell you any of this, by the way.
