Don't subscribe online the app never acknowledges this. The activate account doesn't work. And the 2 places you report issues will not "send email" to them. So you can't get help. I've been subscribed for over a month and still can't use the app.

I paid for Prevention PREMIUM....I downloaded the app. Where do I find all these "free recipies" to download they promised. This app and the magazine subscription process is very confusing!! I go to email Prevention in the "email us" section... It WON'T send the email!! 🤯😳

The app keeps crashing. It hasn't been updated since 2020. Prevention Magazine shouldn't say they have a digital magazine unless they make sure it's updated and working. (Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra)
