The app is buffering all the time and performance is very poor. It frequently lags, crashes, and has constant technical issues, making it difficult to use smoothly. while depositing money the it is very inconvenient, as it usually takes 2–3 days for getting the mbank code for depositing in FAB CDM. It is only useful for normal bank transfers. There are no ATM facilities and no proper cash deposit options available. In addition, the app frequently experiences technical issues.

Very poor experience with this bank. My account has been blocked for over a month, and I have been following up through calls and emails with no response. Calls are chargeable, but no one answers. I have sent all required documents and screenshots multiple times, yet they keep asking the same questions without resolving the issue. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Would not recommend this bank.

Very disappointed with the Mbank app. Whenever I select FAB ATM Deposit, press (I Agree)and then choose Cash Deposit, the Enter Amount page keeps loading with the Mbank logo spinning forever and then shows “Something went wrong, please try again. I have been trying for days but still cannot deposit money into my account, even after updating the app regularly. already complained to customer care but nothing has been fixed. The app is also very slow. I am unable to make important payments on time
