One of the M bank executive recommended me this bank,that this bank is zero balance maintenance, When I created my account,didn't use the account for a long time, and suddenly my balance went negative without any warning. Their support refused to help and said I must pay the amount to close the account. Totally unprofessional and not trustworthy. and dont even have a single ATM ,Stay away from this service. very bad experience, I don't won't to give a single star to this bank.

bank itself is reliable and works fine, giving 3 stars because of restrictions, i travel alot, so outside UAE, when i go to my country the app doesn't work and i cannot transfer funds, so when traveling i have to empty my account transfer in other bank cuz in emergency you cannot use Mbank app outside UAE, while all other popular bank apps work worldwide. hope you'll resolve this issue, I've been raising this issue for a year now.

Updated: 1 star to 3 star, The service is getting better. currently, it is better than other free banking options. Just a few things need to be fixed, the application needs optimization, it just keeps loading, and still I can't see all of my transfer history some are missing. (Really want this bank to grow and go for full 5 stars, they care for there customers)
