Opening an account was very straight forward. Getting an actual debit card and other customer services is quite the challenge. Using the app I can not even send feedback and raise questions. Many bugs to sort out! Looking to close the account is even tougher! Gave two stars as their opening process was good. Rest has alot of room to improve

The app is nice and so is the bank. However their transaction updates needs to be faster and accurate. I opened the account yesterday and tried sending money in and out. While making a transfer today it took me 5 attempts yet the money doesn't go to my other account. Tried contacting their customer care but it's all AI and they might get back to me within 48 hours. Let's see where it goes.

Disappointed...I have been using this bank app for over 2years and it was amazing ,but recently I can't express the amount of Disappointed I'm right now. I can't even open the app to check my balance, each I tried to open the app it will bounce back immediately. I restarted my phone multiple times still same issue. Just now I uninstall the app and installed back yet same issue. This is highly frustrating 😤
