Opening an account was very straight forward. Getting an actual debit card and other customer services is quite the challenge. Using the app I can not even send feedback and raise questions. Many bugs to sort out! Looking to close the account is even tougher! Gave two stars as their opening process was good. Rest has alot of room to improve

Disappointing to say the services are getting a little dull as time is passing by. services were exceptional in the beginning probably as the bank was new but as the customer base grew up it has been a slight downhill. Long wait for talking to support agent. Physical card ordering takes eternity been more than a week and I haven't got any update yet for it. Suppot agent says we don't work on weekends so we only count working days and the card is being made in very proper care so it takes time...

I'm not able to transfer payments using Aani transfer.. It's been like this for 4 months.. app is updated.. It displays the loading screen.. there seems to be some glitch as it doesn't go past that screen.. Only white screen with " verificate code " written in the top appears.. I'm really disappointed.. When I called the customer service, I'm just going through automated menu.. My particular issue is not available.. Please help..
