It's been over one week and my account is still under verification. I tried calling customer service but no one picked up just some systematically programmed voice telling me that my account is under verification which I already know. What I don't know is that I was told verification would take 2 working days yet it's been over a week and I don't know why.

Seriously, if you don't want this app to work right, just yank it from the Play Store. Every time I open it, I get this "Failed, an error occurred, please try again" pop-up, not just once or twice, but constantly. Get a real app team for your banking app. How can I feel safe with my money in your bank when I can't even trust your app?

The app interface is good and account opening is easy, but verification takes too long. My account is stuck under verification even after several days. Customer support is not helpful and response time is very slow. Needs serious improvement in service and reliability.
