The in-app chat feature DOES NOT work. And, when I try to reach Mbank via WhatsApp, there's no response. They really need to pay attention to such key features. For me, it's about my savings account and my virtual debit card is still 'under approval'. It's been 3 days now since I applied for a savings account. All the necessary documents were shared during the application within the app through UAE pass.

It's been over one week and my account is still under verification. I tried calling customer service but no one picked up just some systematically programmed voice telling me that my account is under verification which I already know. What I don't know is that I was told verification would take 2 working days yet it's been over a week and I don't know why.

Seriously, if you don't want this app to work right, just yank it from the Play Store. Every time I open it, I get this "Failed, an error occurred, please try again" pop-up, not just once or twice, but constantly. Get a real app team for your banking app. How can I feel safe with my money in your bank when I can't even trust your app?
