Very Disappointing and Unprofessiona Service When I created my account, they never mentioned any kind of charges, especially that I would have to pay fees if I didn't use the account for some time. i didn't use the account for a long period, and suddenly my balance went into negative (-210) without any warning. When I contacted their support team, they simply said no and told me that I must pay the amount first only then they can close my account. This is totally unprofessional and unacceptable.

It's a fraudulent Banking app. Your account gets charged for the Free physical debit card they preach and it will never show up in the near future. Can't contact support team since there will be no answer and you end up losing more money. Account closing will also cost you a fortune. Please stay away from Mbank if your goal is to save money. You’re honestly better off keeping it as cash.

The bank (as a company) seem quite good at simple usage, however, I don't think a month has gone by that I do not experience issues with the app. There are times that I am unable to send money or unlock my card after temporarily locking and some times that I just cannot open the app at all. It is very frustrating and it does not help that when I make support requests I am told that they will only be able to help after 48 hours. This current system is not sustainable.
