Opening an account was very straight forward. Getting an actual debit card and other customer services is quite the challenge. Using the app I can not even send feedback and raise questions. Many bugs to sort out! Looking to close the account is even tougher! Gave two stars as their opening process was good. Rest has alot of room to improve

very terrible and poor customer service!!! their method of resolution of issues is so frustrating. My account was blocked, I called to make a complaint, they keep saying it would be resolved within 24 to 48hrs after sending the requested documents. But no one is doing anything!!!

Very disappointed with the Mbank app. Whenever I select FAB ATM Deposit, press (I Agree)and then choose Cash Deposit, the Enter Amount page keeps loading with the Mbank logo spinning forever and then shows “Something went wrong, please try again. I have been trying for days but still cannot deposit money into my account, even after updating the app regularly. already complained to customer care but nothing has been fixed. The app is also very slow. I am unable to make important payments on time
