Rubbish app, I have tried multiple times to order they physical card, but when I put the address it shown in process, I'm trying from last 1 week but still same issue and there is not customer support inside the app even they have not gave there any support email or contact number. Going to uninstall this shity app.

I've applied for a new account, more than 2 days, there is no update. it is showing only pending. the process is very slow. other banks are doing within few minutes

I am very disappointed with the Banky app service. I opened an account, but I am unable to get my account number or proper account details. I have been trying to contact customer care for the past 2 weeks, but the call is always busy and I have not received any proper response. I also tried contacting support through email, but I did not get a reply. A banking service should provide quick and reliable customer support, especially when customers need important account information. I hope Banky
