My experience with this app has been very disappointing. I updated my ID, but it keeps showing the message “Sender is not acceptable” and says that no valid ID was found, even though my ID is valid. Because of this issue, my money is stuck. I would not recommend this app and request that this matter be handled more professionally.

I was excited and activated the wallet for international transfers!!! but I was surprised to find the number of countries limited and I couldn't find the countries I wanted to transfer to. Thank you for your services. I expect more countries will be added soon.

I am trying to register my account and link it with my Mbank account. When I enter the OTP during registration in the Mwallete app, it works. But later, when I choose to link with Mbank, a new OTP is sent. At this point, the OTP field in the Mwallete app still shows the old OTP I entered before. The old OTP cannot be removed, and I am unable to enter the new OTP.
