About this app

MetaWear connects your Android phone to MbientLab MetaWear and MetaMotion Bluetooth sensor boards to stream, record, and export motion and environmental data — no coding required.
Supported boards: MetaMotion S and MetaMotion R / RL. Requires a MetaWear/MetaMotion sensor and a phone with Bluetooth. Android 8.0 and later; Android 12+ recommended.
MetaWear boards are made by MbientLab (mbientlab.com).

Frequent Force Close after last update..

Basic and buggy. Cannot show temperature below 15 C, lower limit of temp chart is at 15 C. No numeric value of read data, you have to guesstimate from low resolution of chart drawed with 5 C divisions. If you zoom in the chart it resets back in a few seconds. Every time it connects to sensor insists on identifying it by led and asks a name for it, without memorizing MAC address. Battery level is wrong and almost random. Led control is pathetic with one Off button for all and separate On buttons for RGB
