My inverters stopped working, every time I try to contact solar edge it says to submit a case through the app. The app will not allow me to do so saying my address, email, inverter do not exist. I wish they had a phone number to call for support. It would also be amazing if they had some kind of alert to let me know that my inverter stopped working 3 weeks ago. last year it stopped working for almost 2 months before I found out, my fault for not checking but still

Very easy to get full system information. Every day I go in and check panel performance. After a week of no production because of snow cover I did get a notification from them about the issue. Wasn't too concerned because I do check my system every day. A year ago the app was showing no production on a bright sunny day. Communication was fine, called my customer support, they talked me through doing a full system reset. Everything was now good.

this is purely about the monitoring app, as the benefits of the whole system are great. the App however has started to freeze whenever I go into it. I have not been able to see any data for weeks. luckily I have home assistant setup to see that the system is still working. doesn't seem to be much in the way of support either, apart from my installer, who obviously has nothing to do with the app...
