This new finance app is NOT user friendly. Each month I have to login with my email & when I put the passcode in, it has an error message & reverts back to the main screen. The times I did actually get in, the payment option always messes up & I always have to check to see if a double payment was made. Luckily it didn't . Very disappointed.

It's becoming extremely difficult to log in just to make a car payment! It isn't just the number of extra steps that Mercedes keeps implementing either! Every month that I try to make a payment, the app is always malfunctioning which means it takes several attempts to just get logged in! That is, when the app us actually operational! This latest example took over 30 minutes to make a single payment! Fortunately, I only have a handful of payments left before I own this car outright
