For owners with model year 2019 or newer vehicles*, the Mercedes-Benz app gives you access to your vehicle from anywhere.

With the Mercedes-Benz app on your device, you have direct access to your vehicle at all times. View data like mileage, fuel level and more, find your vehicle’s location, or take action with convenient features like Remote Engine Start and Remote Lock/Unlock.

App works fine. Sometimes the map portion can't find the address I'm looking for. I have to fat finger it on the radio which defeats the purpose. It's annoying that lesser cars can start their cars from the key and the app. But MB has to try and force the issue only allowing remote start on the app. For that reason it gets 3 stars.

Need Better Control Over E-Charging Limits. Right now, we are constrained to pick a charging level (I have a GLE450e) in levels of 10% such as 70%, 80% and so on. I would love to be able to pick a level in the middle which, for me, would be 85% or maybe even as high as 95% but the app and the car won't let me do this.

if you guys could have the engine stay on when you open the door after the remote start, it would be nice. Also, the "mercedes Connect services limited see operator's manual" constantly coming up is annoying. also, if the maps would be as good as google Maps, I wouldn't be using my phone for directions, especially when there's traffic backed up and there's better routes.
