2022 S Class, yet this app is nearly useless. I can't remote start the car if I left the windows down an inch. And the app can tell me the windows are open, but won't let me close them. It also won't let me remote start the car if there's less than 137 miles to empty. Why? I think I can find a gas station within 100 miles, and the car only runs for 10 min remotely, so it won't even use 10 miles worth of gas. My Ford Explorer app gives me more features by far.

The Mercedes app developers think we are all children or have dementia..The vehicle stops running after 10 minutes when using remote start, which is nowhere near long enough for it to warm up in Chicago winter weather. Can't start the car in order for the air conditioner to run if the windows are open even a little bit during the summer to keep the interior from getting too hot. The app still needs lots of work!

I have been charged for a charging station I have not used through this app. several calls to correct that result in frustration. now we have to go through the credit card company to deny the charge as mercedes was of no help. I actually tried charging at the station it would not work so I went to another station and charged right away. their support for that has shown my wofe and I that the app and extra things we pay for are not worth the trouble.
