For owners with model year 2019 or newer vehicles*, the Mercedes-Benz app gives you access to your vehicle from anywhere.

With the Mercedes-Benz app on your device, you have direct access to your vehicle at all times. View data like mileage, fuel level and more, find your vehicle’s location, or take action with convenient features like Remote Engine Start and Remote Lock/Unlock.

EDIT - 2 Stars Drop to 1 Star This app is more parent than assistant. Not allowed to remote start more than twice in a row, or if fuel level is <20%. Remote start takes as long to connect as the walk to the car. Then the engine is triggered off when the door handle is touched - so the engine must be restarted to drive off; senseless. Other features are used too infrequently to be worth a paid subscription. Wouldn't recommend.

Charging for basic convenience that low end vehicles have standard, not what one would expect for a six figure vehicle. for the price you could control temp, seats, etc. Remote start is spotty, and why shut off when less than 25% fuel, 10 minutes won't hurt. Unless of course the app really is not accurate on fuel, which is likely, then it checks out. You can see the German design elements that make it so complicated it works but not intuitively.

The app is great displaying details about the vehicle's fuel and mileage. But the app crashes majority of the time, I have to reset up my login, also reset up biometrics at least 3 times a week. There is hardly no connection with my vehicle for remote start. I can only remote start about 5% of the time. This app is useless. I spend more time redownloading it than using it.
