The digital account opening process was smooth and hassle-free, but the experience went downhill after that. The UI looks modern and clean, but the app frequently gets stuck on the login screen and redemption page, and it often logs me out with unexpected session expiries. Most importantly, I'm unable to redeem funds to either my own bank account or any other account. The app has great potential, but these stability and transaction issues need urgent attention.

When I was doing in-App Chat, I was signing off automatically after a couple of minutes. I had to sign in again and again. Moreover, When I am on a page or screen, then click the Back button, I signed off instead of going back to the previous screen. When signed off, a sign in screen appears; there is no option for exit.

Make the app experience better, fast and responsive. It's taking time to load, update the app with other options like pay bills, transfer funds, recharge, daily profit ratio, information about different funds, which fund is suitable etc. It's a simple basic version of an app like someone a fresh graduate student has developed. I'm a fresh user & investor here but it seems not a good option till so far. Hope for good returns & good Experience. Let's see
