I have been trying again and again the biometric for account upgrade but it does not work. I even called the helpline and they too were not able to help me. I asked them if i can go to a branch and do biometric there but they said you had to do it through app.

been trying to create an account for past 3 days. As im an oversees pakistani I cant get the Phone otp or even the call option doesn't work. The in chat advisors are not able to be much help either. other than screen record the process and send it to us. But cant screen record either becaue of security.

I invest in it, money was deducted from my account and not showed in isave app dashboard, not customer support services, I think it's a scammed, if not kindly resolve it, my experience was very poor
