extremely poor service. it has taken me more than a week that i applied for upgrade and it is still pending. the call center service on call and in app is slow and response the computerized answer that we are forwarding your request so and so. it seems that are in competition with some government bank. i contacted the email service written in reply by bank. that is equally useless as the chat and call service.

The application’s user interface is very mediocre. For example, the login screen does not allow password storage, which means that if you use a long, complex password, you must type it every time. If fingerprint login is enabled, the application does not require a password, but it resets frequently, forcing users to re-register their fingerprint repeatedly. This behavior is highly counterintuitive, specially when most modern banking applications effectively support strong password storage

The application requires approximately 5 to 10 minutes to load the login interface. I kindly request that this issue be addressed. I have a high-speed internet connection and have tested the application on multiple devices with fast internet connectivity, yet the problem persists across all devices.
