Unethical company. Coke gave me free premium sub for a month. it was expiring on 31st July. I remembered on 30th and installed, but there was no place to input code in app, so i emailed. they asked for a screenshot, and conveniently responded on 1st Aug that it has expired. Obviously I'd uninstall and never use it. their loss. good riddance ✌️

Absolutely pathetic experience. The app keeps charging me, and there is no straightforward way to stop the subscription. To make matters worse, even if you deactivate your account, they state it can take up to 90 days to process. That effectively means you may continue being charged during that period for a service you no longer want to use. A company should make it easy for customers to cancel recurring payments, not trap them in a confusing and frustrating process.

The Interface is poor, there's such a lack of good stuff to watch and their "watch and earn" scheme either doesn't work properly or doesn't let you redeem to your wallet. I only subscribed to watch the Premier League but won't recommend to anyone unless they improve on the above issues.
