It's the second time this week that the app is stuck and not moving beyond the loading screen. I've tried clearing the cache and data but it still doesn't work. I've paid for the seasonal pass to watch premier league and when the app is working, it's worth the service but this is completely unacceptable to have the app not working over the weekend when it's time to watch the games. I'll change my rating once you have a bug free and reliable app which is usable for the ones who have paid for it.

Bad app. Not available on my Samsung tv regardless of the claim. Available on firestick android but the videos don't play. The only way I can play is on my phone and I hate casting from my phone as I use to interact with friends while watching the matches on tv. And I hate the fact these people have the rights to EPL and have caused the removal of all other channels which were showing EPL. It's messed up.

Waste of money. most of the time you would miss a match because their servers are not working. App is really slow. Not worth the money at all. Edit: I have a 100mbps connection and everything else works smoothly except this rubbish app.
