Terrible app, unpredictable in functionality. Sometimes it works, sometimes it won't, and for no apparent reason. You have quite alot to improve on, esp. on login features. Many are times when it gets stuck on login stage and won't proceed. I don't understand why Coop doesn't overhaul this app after so many negative reviews.

Very Poor Experience!!! After latest update, the App doesn't download the statement, Sometimes App automatically closed between doing something, App logged off automatically while working, Paybill massage takes 1 day to receive. at the end have changed the bank account to another Bank. In short very poor & unsatisfactory experience. Can't download the statement from the Application, It's Log off automatically while checking the transaction.

Sending money to mpesa leads to an notification to input ota code. However, the notification covers the area of input and can't be close. Instead of closing it resends the code with every attempt. Clearly not an update issue as am on the latest version. Same error months later.
