Love the app as all the documents are available which helps you sort out your whole family approvals and rejections which can be hassle free when the hospital staff doesnt respond to the information that is required!!

This app is good.. didn't find any issues. Labs were rejected as not justified by the treating Dr. Customer service was accommodating.. Overall good..

tele consultation in the application doesn't work at all was not working and the problem is solved now ..thanks for your support
