About this app

DueStuff is a passport for the things you own and the payments that repeat. What you own and what you pay for every month live in one app, and the catalogue stays on your phone.

THINGS AND WARRANTIES
- An item card with make, model, serial number, price and room
- The warranty deadline is shown, not worked out from the purchase date
- Reminders before a warranty ends: 30, 14 and 3 days ahead, adjustable
- Photos, receipts, warranty cards and PDF documents attached to the card
- Search across items, documents and subscriptions, filters and an archive

A PHOTO INSTEAD OF A FORM
- Photograph an item or a receipt and the app suggests the name, make, model, shop, date and total. Check it and save
- The fiscal QR code on a receipt is read right on the phone, with an exact date and total
- Recognition runs on the Google Gemini service and needs the internet. Free: 15 pictures a day, Pro: 100

SUBSCRIPTIONS AND BILLS
- Amount, period, billing date and payment method in one list
- A reminder before each charge and before a free trial ends
- Where the money goes: spending by category and by card
- Import subscriptions from a screenshot — for example, of your Google Play subscriptions
- Link a subscription to an item and see what it costs you

- Photograph a whole room in one go
- Warranty claim: receipt, serial number and dates in one PDF
- A home inventory PDF for your insurer
- Scheduled maintenance: filters, service, descaling
- More recognition and no cap on tracked subscriptions
Monthly or yearly subscription, bought and cancelled in Google Play. The free version is a complete app: items, photos, documents and reminders work without Pro.

ACCOUNT AND PRIVACY
- Sign-in is required: with email or a Google account
- Your catalogue, receipts, documents and backups stay on the phone and are not sent with the account. There is no sync between devices — keep your own backup
- What goes online: sign-in details and a picture you send for recognition yourself
- Card numbers are never stored, and there is no field for them
- No ads, no analytics
- Delete your account in the app: Settings → Profile → Delete account

WHAT DUESTUFF DOES NOT DO
- It does not connect to your bank or read your payments
- It does not cancel subscriptions for you: cancelling belongs to the service itself
- It does not guarantee that a seller or insurer will accept your documents — they are built from what you entered
