Is there a way on the app to view "Actual" income as opposed to "Planned"? It's nice to be able to low ball what you plan for, but once I get my pay stub I'd like to know what I'm really dealing with, then I know when I think about upcoming expenses what I'm actually dealing with (whether I'll be able to afford them). Then I can give my "Actual" dollars a home, particularly savings, if there's excess. I'll update and give a 4 star if I get a response in a timely manner, and 5 star if this is an option or becomes one soon.
Been listening to Dave Ramsey for a long time and decided it was time to download this app. This is the most FRUSTRATING app ever. My wife and I after over an hour of trying to figure this app out are deleting it. We could never figure out how to even add out income to our budget. It shouldn't be this hard, an app should be inherently intuitive. Let me make it clear we are "millennials" and not strangers to technology but this app... This app is just garbage.
I am confused. Why under remaining amount I have to go into the item to see the actual remaining amount for a fund? It should work like the website where the funds show the actual remaining amount. Update 2/15: trying to look at funds on this app is really difficult still. Wish they would show funds as they show in the desktop version. 2 stars because I have to dig into the app to find information I need. And then it's still not totally clear what I am looking at. 4/29/17. UI is still difficult. I always try to use the web version over the app. One star...b/c others have complained and nothing has been done. Just FYI, I work at a software company...so UI is something I have experience with.
All I wanted to do was close this account and delete all my information but lo and behold there's no way to do that. They only give instructions for the paid version not the free version. This is what companies do now they won't let you close anything and store all your info.
Pretty good, but not everything is as intuitive as the devs think they are. One thing that bothers me is that every once in a while the app requires you to sign in again when you open it -- even if you didn't log out.
Overall I like it. I wish I could edit and add groupings, but that's a minot issue. Biggest annoyance is that my data is stored online instead of locally on my phone. I shouldn't end to connect to the internet to use this app.
