20th feb 2017 Please provide update of claims in agent login.
Correct login credentials are not working! This app does not seem to work while even entering the correct login credentials provided by my employer. Upon contacting the customer care they ask me to update the app. App is now updated. Still it does not seem to login. While the same login credentials are used by me to login on my PC. Instead of giving advices to update the app the customer care should contact the app developers to address this problem.
Normally each update makes app better... But What's wrong with this app? Now no option running good, previously it was fine... & no one even bother to respond feedback..... Made it worst
The MDID provided on the card is not accepted. Says invalid policy number. When option is given it should accept the MDID and not insist on Policy nunber
1. MDI Circular is added in this app.
2. Performance improved and Fixed some bugs.
