I am Good Health Policy Holder. Your application does not recognise my policy while I could generate e card with MDID. What is wrong? In which category I should login I.e. as I individual or corporate? Your application is far below expectation and I find that Medibuddy is far better than your application. I have been experincing this problem not only on your Android application but also on your web site for last 3 to 4 years. I suggest you to remove your application from playstore as it does not serve the purpose and not at all helpful. Learn from Medibuddy.This is a wakeup call for your IT Dept and developers. Nobody from TPA or Application Developer till date bothered to answer this query
I am trying to login via Policy #, but app showing error. How should i track my data?
Though policy is in enforce, app shows policy expired. Browser login and app login differs. App useless. Please update.
After 2 years my corporate employee policy details not update by mdindia company. Many times said to mdindia but not done him.
