Administer the Outcome Rating Scale (ORS) and Session Rating Scale (SRS) directly on your phone. Clients fill them in themselves — you hand them the phone, they complete it, you take it back. Clinical data stays on your device. AES-256 database encryption, key wrapped in the Android Keystore (hardware-backed where available). Built with HIPAA's Security Rule technical safeguards in mind.

• Notice of Privacy Practices, breach notification, contingency plan and risk analysis templates included; delivery to clients stays with you.
• Activity log of creates, edits, deletes, views, exports, backups, restores, sign-ins and wipes. Reviewable in Settings, exportable as CSV. Wipe saves a CSV first.
• Biometric unlock with device-credential fallback; 15-minute inactivity re-lock in foreground and after backgrounding.
• Password-protected PDFs shared in two steps so password and file travel on different channels; channel and (optional) recipient logged for disclosure accounting.
• Per-client consents for Privacy Notice, Treatment, Audio Recording and Telehealth, with revoke support.
• Backup is your choice: Google Drive (file encrypted on this device before upload, so Google cannot read it; HIPAA's BAA requirement is yours to evaluate) or a local folder you control.
