Tracko brings to you a new-age online Vitals management experience - Managing vitals has never been easier!

TrackO is a remote health management application which will create your personal health journey, as defined by your caretaker team. TrackO requires minimal steps to complete tasks and is beautifully designed for users for every age group.
Not just yours, TrackO allows you to track vitals of your Loved Ones too! Simply add your family members to your profile after signing up!

It allows you to monitor your health using a variety of health devices such as blood pressure monitors, Oximeters, glucometers etc. Your vitals are stored digitally in a secure encrypted cloud and are accessible to you, anytime and anywhere! What if you can’t access your Bluetooth devices- worry not, TrackO allows you to update your vital stats manually too!

These vitals will be shared with our Care Center, who can provide prompt consultation, saving your frequent visits to clinics. TrackO also provides you notifications and reminders based on your vitals.

TrackO is especially helpful for elderly patients, whose providers and family can instantly view this important health information through a browser on a smartphone, tablet, or computer. This saves time and reduces the need to call, text to keep your care takers informed.

Ratings and reviews

It's a great app and up until recently it never gave me trouble. Now it is no longer able to update the vitals that are shown on its home screen and it won't let me close it by using the back button on my phone oh, it just stays stuck on my screen. I have to hit the previously opened apps button on my phone and close this app by hitting it's X there. Otherwise I would give it a five.

Buggy. Doesn't show update on Play when it says one is available. Crashes on every start. Have to select Bluetooth device every time. Doesn't show time series charts over multiple days. Shows wrong data for historical dates sometimes. Just awful.

It was working great then all of a sudden when I open the app it just stays at the tracko screen but won't open completely. I've uninstalled it 4 times but it's still doing the same thing. Tech support was no help
