Whether you are traveling by S-Bahn, R-Bahn, U-Bahn, tram or bus in the network area - VGN timetable & tickets is your always available companion. You can quickly and easily receive connection information, current departure times and see which platform your train is departing from. Thanks to real-time information, you are always up to date, even with short-term changes or disruptions, with push notifications in the info center if you wish. Thanks to the P+R route guidance, you can always get to your destination in the best possible way with your car. Buy selected VGN tickets quickly and conveniently - and if you like - directly from the connection information. Incidentally, in Nuremberg every fourth single ticket is now purchased via this app.

You have the option of allowing the app access to your contacts in the settings in order to use the addresses stored there as the start or destination as easily as possible. When a contact is selected, only the selected address is sent to the VGN information system. Our timetable information cannot tell whether the address comes from contacts or was entered manually. Therefore, the app needs authorization for contacts, among other things.

In addition, an internet connection is required to use all information functions and to purchase a ticket. Activation of the location function is required for the automatic use of a nearby stop.
