Unprofessional app. It's a first come first serve system not a random or nearest rider selection like uber and deliveroo. You get a notification of a job, you check the app and the job is already taken. What's the point. This app isn't gonna go anywhere. It's a pathetic compition against the top listed ones. I've never gotten a job ever on this because of their setup. Too many riders, not enough restaurants. The first come first serve system is most definitely an idiot setup 😡

It was "verifying" the documents for over a week and now it won't let me log in at all. I input the phone number as requested and nothing happens when I hit continue... Literally nothing, no error, no crash . Just a static . Now I'm left with all, the most important and private personal info given to them, kicked out and ignored.

For pay per drop this app is just rubbish. I am talking about how basic features this app have. To compete with giants like uber, deliveroo etc you need to come with much better and advanced features. You really need to make the app much much easier for pay per drop!!!
