Is this app still working? I have a subscription but I haven't been able to use it for weeks now after the update. What's going on? I can't even open the app to cancel my subscription.

does ok, on a few tries missed a couple of pills. Seemed to be from a minor shadow, but real life I'm where counter is clear not where lighting is perfect. Couldn't find how to turn on 0hone's flash to compensate. Even light it counted tan pills on a white surface fine.

There are a couple of issues that are worrying. First, they say they aren't collecting data, but they also say they share your info with third parties? Which is it? The app takes a long time to start. Why? What is it attempting to communicate with to take so long to activate?

Thank you for your feedback. We do not share personal info with third-party advertisers. Login data is handled securely and used only for app authentication. Photos taken are processed only on the device and not stored externally. Startup delay is due to ad loading; premium removes ads and speeds it up.
