I can't log in on this app. When I use my account information on the website, everything works fine. But the app keeps saying "enter a valid username" even though it's the same username I use on the enrollment site. app is unusable this way so I will have to uninstall.

I have problems every time I try to login. there is no known phone number to help with technical issues. the state website needs serious help with availability. even the people at the assistance office are unable to login to help you, I went to my local assistance office for help. seems as tho yall could do better for your citizens.

When you choose a provider and you click on it.Nothing happens and he backs space and it goes back to the same frame that I was on when you went to pick the provider it doesn't let you do anything else so I back out and I checked what it said and everything was there just a little confusing.
