About this app

Keep your insurance policies, documents and family information together with MedaSynq. Add a policy, read a plain-English AI summary, and ask Meda questions about your coverage. Use the Protection Checkup and score to see what may need attention. Premium-due and term-expiry reminders help you track important dates. The app also includes a monthly Protection Pulse.

MedaSynq Basic is free, with up to three family members, one legacy message and 500 MB of document storage.

MedaSynq Plus is $129 per year or $14.99 per month. It includes unlimited family members, a fuller AI policy breakdown, one AI coverage review per year on request, change forms prepared for you, five legacy messages and 5 GB of storage. For eligible claims on the member's stored policies after their death, the family's Claim Assist fee is 7% after payout. A Reclaim kit is included for eligible family searches.

MedaSynq Family is $299 per year or $29.99 per month. It includes Plus benefits, managed policy changes, policy health scores, unlimited legacy messages and documents, and a 5% Claim Assist fee for eligible claims after the member's death. Eligible families also receive Settle Managed at no extra charge after a death is reported with the required certificate.

Claim Assist is optional and does not require a membership. The standard fee is 10% after a successful payout, with $0 upfront. If denied, you pay nothing. Family access follows account permissions and death-verification requirements.

Manage your membership on the MedaSynq website. Insurance coverage and optional services have their own terms; a membership is not an insurance policy.
