My experience overall it's a mess! Delayed delivery up to 3 hours! that's if the order arrived, I made an order yesterday and I still didn't receive it til now and they didn't even bother to contact me! you can't change your phone number, customer services take so long to reply on a simple issue! Good app idea, but bad management and poor customer services.

Very bad service. I’ve been trying for two days to reach their call center for my monthly medication and no one answers. The app doesn’t send a contact request, and the NextCare app replies after hours—or not at all. You can’t speak to a supervisor, and customer service is useless and rude. No help, no solutions. Terrible experience.

if i can give a rating less than one I will do it, This is the worst app I have ever used. Always no available time to order and if you are lucky you will have an available time after two days minimum and they call you and confirm the order, the order will never come on time and if it comes on time the pharmacy will call you and tell you that something is not available. the most horrible thing is it's impossible to reach the customer service even through the hotline 15005. not recommende at all.
