About this app

Transform how you access drug details. Forget endless searching, simply ask.
Advanced conversational mode is your way for all drug info you need in your worklife or everyday concerns. You can now ask anything about drug dosing, interactions or prescription safety, moreover, you can easily find drugs by indications, special conditions or drug class.

Looking for an intelligent partner on “recommend me a drug” patterns? Mediately AI mode gives you clear and reliable information.

Mediately Drug Registry is localized and available in 14 countries - Italy, Germany, Spain, France, Poland, Romania, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Serbia, Croatia, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Hungary and Greece.

The conversational approach is the best way to access all the drug info you need. It’s contextual and precise, with the advanced AI mode conversing like an experienced medical colleague you turn to for consultation.

This is the way forward toward efficient work and patient care for healthcare professionals, essential knowledge and key, concise information for medical and health sciences students, and ultimately, comprehensive drug information for the wider public.
Download the app and start your conversation. Alongside contextual answers about medications, you will also be able to do all of the following:

1. For each drug, you can view detailed info, including:

- Basic information about the drug (active substance, composition, pharmaceutical form, class, insurance list);
- Important info from the drug’s SmPC document (indications, posology, contraindications, interactions, side effects, overdosing, etc.);
- ATC classification and parallel drugs;
- Packagings and prices;
- Access to the complete SmPC PDF document (needs internet connection).

2. Adjust patient's drugs so they don’t cause any major interactions

The first solution on the market that allows you to replace drugs that cause problematic interactions with drugs that have fewer and/or less severe interactions—in just a few seconds. Use the list of suggested alternatives or manually check a specific drug.

3. Get quick information about restrictions of drug use

Save time with previews of important restrictions of drug use for renal and hepatic impairment, breastfeeding and pregnancy.

In a real clinic case action this looks like this:

A doctor is treating a patient with severe pain in finger joints and liver cirrhosis. Ibuprofen could be a good solution for their condition, but the doctor can’t remember at the moment if it has any limitations concerning liver disease. By tapping on the icon, additional information is displayed and they find out that ibuprofen is contraindicated in patients with severe hepatic dysfunction. After gathering all information in the SmPC, they prescribe a non-steroidal antirheumatic gel.

4. Search through a wide array of interactive diagnostics tools.

Along with a complete drug database, the app includes a number of interactive clinical tools and dosing calculators useful in your everyday practice:

Find tools that are used by thousands of doctors every day.

- BMI (Body Mass Index);
- BSA (Body Surface Area);
- CHA₂DS₂-VASc (Score for Atrial Fibrillation Stroke Risk);
- GCS (Glasgow Coma Scale);
- GFR (MDRD Formula);
- HAS-BLED (Risk of Major Bleeding in Patients with AF);
- MELD (Model for End-Stage Liver Disease);
- PERC Score (Pulmonary Embolism Rule-out Criteria);
- Wells’ Criteria for Pulmonary Embolism.

6. The application also includes the ICD-10 disease classification and the ATC classification system. We keep it regularly updated, so you always have the newest information with you.

Please note: Parts of this application are intended for use by healthcare professionals as an information support tool in their working process. It is not designed for use by patients and does not replace the advice of a doctor.

I work in intensive care medicine, emergency medicine and anaesthesiology and was using the app quite regularly, recommending it to colleagues. I understand the move to a subscription based model for things like the interaction checker, ad-free etc. But the inclusion of the offline mode to the subscription model is a no go for me. Without a subscription you cannot rely on the app to work in an emergency where there is no WiFi or bad mobile signal.

Writing all about the app in english but there is no english language menu in the app, it's a lie! Seems like a good app but they should have wrote the describtions in languages they support... I don't know French or Italian but I downloaded because they said you can choose! I'm not even looking for Farsi or Finnish! Universal English... of course 1 is a bit too low but I'll consider changing it after they either change describtions or add English version... thanks
