Ratings and reviews

App is not helpful, most sections are blank or will say not available. Even with having the app, I have to go through a process to log in each time. I always select the remember me for next time and it doesn't matter. First finger print, then log in and then you have to go to your email to vary, and then back to the app. It doesn't even pay to have this app...

This is the absolute worst app. Only logs you in successfully maybe 15 percent of the time. Let's you put in a passcode, then you have to log in then you have to get a verification by email. Then it has technical problems.... And you have to "try again later". App works great when and if you can get logged on. Someone should lose a job for creating this piece of ****.

Both the app and the website don't show my coverage the only way it seems to figure it out is by sitting on hold with customer service for an hour. Seems like a well put together company
