I bought the full version because of the number of meds I need to manage. The alerts don't come at the time they are supposed to, if they come at all. I don't understand what the start and stop thing is about when entering meds to take every "x" hours. If I'm not able to administer a med at a specific time, it won't let me enter the time I do give it it. Wrote them but no reply. Getting very fed up.

If you are having difficulty using the every ‘x’ hour feature then you maybe using the older version. First upgrade to the latest version. To set a reminder for every 'x' hours, you have to specify start and end time. The reminders will start triggering for every 'x' hours from start time you have set. It will repeat until end time for that day.

Doesn't work. No notifications, alarm or even vibration notice to remind me. I replaced it with another app that has these features.

Doesn't allow to specify decimal numbers in hours repeatation, like in some case doctor might specify every 4.5 hrs a day repeat perticular medicine.. This app doesn't allow such intervals

We have considered your suggestion to specify decimal number in 'Every 'x' hours' repetition for medicine reminder. We will provide this feature in the next update.
