This is kind of a scam. I specifically selected an appointment time and they changed it without any notification. When I called back, they just indicated that the updated time was the only option and any earlier appointment time will result in additional charges. Very disappointing app experience and very disappointing customer service experience.

Guys don't ever do online payment. This app works fine when you just have to book the appointment or search for a doctor but when you pay them online, they do not forward your details to the labs plus their call center didn't guide you properly regarding this. its been 12 hours am calling them, every time they say their issue will be resolved, we forward your details but in the end nothing. **Do Not pay them online**

Pathetic service. I booked an appointment, but it was confirmed without checking with the doctor. I waited for 1.5 hours and the doctor never showed up. There was no call or message from their side for feedback. I came from far away my fuel and money were wasted. Who will be responsible for this? How can they improve if they don’t even collect feedback?
