This is kind of a scam. I specifically selected an appointment time and they changed it without any notification. When I called back, they just indicated that the updated time was the only option and any earlier appointment time will result in additional charges. Very disappointing app experience and very disappointing customer service experience.

Very disappointing service. I paid the doctor’s fee through your app, and the amount was deducted from my account immediately. However, even after 24 hours, the payment is still not confirmed in the app. I have already sent the payment screenshot and receipt to your support team and contacted the helpline multiple times. Unfortunately, I have received no response, no call was answered, and my issue has not been resolved.This is a medical service app where timely support is very important,

got very bad experience very pathetic service, number stop working and all medical records get unavailable and they don't help, further more multiple time deduct fee from bank for a single appointment and get no help from their helpline.
