This is kind of a scam. I specifically selected an appointment time and they changed it without any notification. When I called back, they just indicated that the updated time was the only option and any earlier appointment time will result in additional charges. Very disappointing app experience and very disappointing customer service experience.

the customer service is really poor instead of resolving the issue he started to blame me i was repeatedly saying to him that the payment is done and there is some glitch in your application but he kept on saying about the unsuccessful payments transaction he wasn't able to resolve the issue and he started asking me to call the banking app..talked in ill manner

they don't update the doctors timings on the website then call and say the doctor is not available at your booked time you can cancel the appointment but your money will not be returned to your account but will be provided as oladoc credit . I should receive a full refund in my bank account if the mistake is at your end. why would I need oladoc credit when I don't plan to use the app after this experience.
