when submitting a claim the things that are broken as of 2026/03/16 - search for clinic.. doesn't actually search - multitasking to go find the details required like invoice number and dollar amount as when you come back to the app a few seconds later it's frozen forcing you to restart your submission

review 2: I registered for equeue and it said I am #5 in the q. 5 minutes later, I am #6? review 1: The queue system doesn't work well in this app. I was waiting outside of clinic and it says I'm the 4th person in the queue and it suddenly changed to payment stage. I went in to the clinic and they said my number was already called 10 minutes ago. Kindly help to fix this as some patients would prefer to wait outside as there's too many coughing going on inside (and people aren't wearing masks).

Horrible experience in almost every possible dimension. To pickup the doctor call in tele-consultation the app requires changing a battery setting (!?!). That setting doesn't even exist in my phone. Result? The functionality can't be used. I can't book a tele-consultation for my dependent because the app doesn't like her ID type. But it can't be changed. Result? The functionality can't be used. But they have no issue pushing through the advertising.
