About this app

Medilogic Platform is a dedicated app that simplifies the recording and management of instrument sterilization processes in medical institutions, such as dental clinics. Replacing paper sterilization logs, the responsible person records each step with just a few touches on a tablet or smartphone, automatically generating a regulation-compliant Smart Sterilization Log (PDF).

■ Recording Sterilization Cycle Steps
The entire process, from immersion to washing to sterilization, is recorded as a single process. Detailed records can be kept regarding washing methods (immersion, hand washing, ultrasonic washing, automatic washing), solutions used, and even the list of instruments.

■ Recording Performance by Responsible Person
If you select the responsible person at the start of each step, a record is kept showing who performed each step and when.

■ Sterilization Indicator Verification
The results of the Bowie-Dick test, Chemical Indicators (CI), and Biological Indicators (BI), along with before and after photos, are recorded, and the actions taken in case of failure are also documented.

■ Automatic Smart Sterilization Log Generation
Upon completion of sterilization, a PDF log containing all records and photos from the corresponding cycle is automatically generated. You can view data by date within the app and perform bulk downloads by specifying a time period.

■ Equipment & Personnel Management
Register your institution's equipment, such as sterilizers, automatic dishwashers, and ultrasonic dishwashers, and manage set temperatures and times. You can also edit the list of personnel and the configuration of instruments and kits to suit your institution.

■ Use Across Multiple Devices
Progress is shared in real-time across multiple devices within the same institution, allowing you to continue recording from any device.

※ User Guide
This app is exclusively for medical institutions that have signed a service contract with Promiel Co., Ltd. To use the app, you need your institution ID and a registration code sent to the administrator's email address. The app does not collect patients' personal or health information.
