So grateful for this company! However, the app stopped working on my Android in the past week. Was working fine for the past 1-2 months, and my phone is caught up on updates. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app multiple times, but it still won't open. Also note that this app is not comprehensive. You cannot access or change as much as you can via the Medi-Share website.

Having serious issues attempting to schedule a telehealth appointment on the app. Each time I click to schedule an appointment it tells me patient history needs to be filled out, which it already is completely. Not sure what bugs need to be fixed but this is frustrating when you're out and about trying to get a telehealth appointment

Just installed, still lots of issues when you try to book a TeleHealth call. By the time you find doctor's availability and fill out form those doctors are no longer available. Going back to the screen, it says he still available. After 5 tries I gave up. Finally scheduled one, available in 1 hour, got a text someone will call me at 10:12 (same time as I was booking), they called at 10:26. It's better to have this app than none, but in modern days desires to be on a up to date level.
