Overall great app, I like the simplcity of the breathing exercises, the HRV measurements (make sure your fingers are warm!), and the custom exercise option. I was having some major glitches after a previous update, but the developer fixed the problem. Fantastic customer support.

I had tried several apps for HRV tracking and found this one was the nicest to use. After my free scans and a few ad scans. I went ahead and got yearly premium because already it has helped me with my ME (cfs), lupus, and other illnesses. I always overdo it and this app keeps telling me to rest lol but I can finally feel myself improving on energy for once. Still getting a wearable smart ring in the future for sleep tracking and hopefully this app will connect to it too. Thanks for this app!

Hey Abbey, glad to see you benefit with ME, we've had many users with chronic fatigue use the HRV function and benefit from it. Yes, we did a lot of work on the actionable guidance that a user gets and glad to see it pay off. PRO TIP- when you get a ring, do make a habit of using raw HRV metrics & not just their stress meters.

Mind Breath is not only thoughtfully put together– There is a wide range of trainings offered for developing breathwork stemming from varying traditions, i.e. Pranayama, CO² tolerance, plus many useful spot practices for uses like reducing coffee dependency, and handy features like a log to keep track of readings over time. The app support/developer is also responsive, kind and informative. Overall I find this app a great self healing tool. Simple. Attractive. Lovely.
