Ratings and reviews

While booking ,the app accepted the count.After payment via Net banking,got the info ,some of the tablets are not available and the tablet count was edited. Refund for the decreased tablet count will take 7 to 30 working days. This is totally not acceptable. Having the users money in your account is not good.

complete bogus in membership, I was told to pay for membership at a nearby store saying that I would get discount on every products. however when I tried adding products no discounts are applied and when I called customer care she was telling that I would get discount for above 1000 rupees only...appollo gives better price than this bogus

worst service. even after 3 days of scheduled delivery date, the medicine was not delivered to me. everytime I call, they keep on saying the medicine will arrive in 24 hours. they don't have a way to see where the medicine is at that moment. some of the customer service people have cuty call also inbetween. they don't follow up on this late order complaints. even the rating above - if I don't give atleast one rating above, I don't get post button active. :(
