Our registered pharmacist will verify, authorize and process your order and get it delivered to your home. We deliver your medicines in most cities in 6-24 hrs and about 2-3 days in most other places.

- Order medicines for click & pick - Search & select the medicines you require, select a MedPlus store near you for pick up and confirm the order. We will send you an SMS when the order is ready for pickup. Come to the store at a time convenient for you, show our pharmacist your medicine list and take your medicines home. No queues and no worries about the availability of medicines.

- Assisted orders - If you are not sure how to read your medicine list or what medicines to select, just upload your Image with the medicine list. Our customer care representative will call you and help you with the order.

Ratings and reviews

worst service. even after 3 days of scheduled delivery date, the medicine was not delivered to me. everytime I call, they keep on saying the medicine will arrive in 24 hours. they don't have a way to see where the medicine is at that moment. some of the customer service people have cuty call also inbetween. they don't follow up on this late order complaints. even the rating above - if I don't give atleast one rating above, I don't get post button active. :(

Even though I ordered via app for delivery is not available. package is only available at store. we have go to store and pickup ourselves. Don't go with this app. better prefer other Stores Like Appollo pharmacy & local stores.

Very poor service, first and foremost, they do not have all the medicines. Even after we upload the prescription, they inform those medicines are mot tto be sold online. It is utter waste of time downloading the app, rather you can visit the nearby pharmacy and buy across the counter
