medstar's app and web sites suck! it always boots you off if you need to look at any other app (such as a map to see where a doctor is). Did someone's 8th grade kid develop this? Get MyChart

There's no point to this app. There is no information provided about appointments, records, test results - NOTHING. all it does is provide an option to go to the patient portal which is a separate login. This is just a waste of storage space. response: that feedback form is also useless and has no option for reporting app "problems". So I have no way to do what you asked.

Not useful for my needs, interferes with use of Medstar Patient Portal, as since I installed this, every time I exit a Patient Portal document or etc., I'm now taken back to this app instead of the far better Patient Portal main page. This app seems to just search for providers. It links with Patient Portal but requires its own password. Can't message a request for an appointment as I can with the Portal. It says it gathers all records into 1 file, but I don't see that yet. Will likely delete.
