There's no point to this app. There is no information provided about appointments, records, test results - NOTHING. all it does is provide an option to go to the patient portal which is a separate login. This is just a waste of storage space. response: that feedback form is also useless and has no option for reporting app "problems". So I have no way to do what you asked.

How does this app have such a good rating? I genuinely don't understand who gave positive ratings for such an awful app, could they actually successfully book an appointment? They somehow managed to navigate beyond the dialog box that forces you to cancel because the option to continue is always greyed out, making this app and the site total useless unusable junk? Absolutely horrifying design and poor function I don't think it even seems salvageable without a ground up redesign.
