Great app. Works well with Office 365. Would be brilliant if the background
colour of the screen changed colour according to tje room status. E.g. in
use is red, available is green

We've added this feature a few months ago, I can help you set it up as a custom style if you like.
It lets you choose a different background image for "Available" and "Occupied", so that it's easily recognizable from a distance.
I've sent you an email with more instructions, if you would like to try this out.
