My Daily Intention has been designed to give you guidance for the day ahead.

Before you pick a card, close your eyes and think about your intention for the day. What is it you would like guidance on and how would you like to achieve it?

Once you are ready, click the stack of cards and your word for the day will be revealed. You then have the option of clicking on the "i" in the top right hand corner of the card and you can read the definition of the word, ask yourself some questions as to how this word may resonate with you for the day, journal your answers to those questions and also access affirmations relating to the word.

As I have developed this, I have put my intentions into the essence of its being so each day your word will really resonate with you.
