The MemberWorks app for the YMCA of Southeastern NC puts everything you do at the Y — classes, programs, events, facility rentals, your family's info, and your billing — in one place. Sign in once and skip the front-desk paperwork.

PROGRAMS & REGISTRATION
• Browse programs and camps by branch, age, category, and date
• Register step by step, add the family members you're signing up, and check out securely
• Complete required forms, waivers, and health details as part of registration

GROUP EXERCISE
• See the full class schedule with instructor, room, and time
• Book a spot, join a waitlist, or cancel in a couple of taps
• Book for yourself or for someone else in your household

EVENTS
• Discover upcoming Y events and filter by category, date, and price
• Reserve free RSVPs or buy tickets for the whole family
• Keep your tickets in the app — a scannable QR code gets you in the door

FACILITY & VENUE BOOKING
• Check availability for gyms, pools, courts, and rental spaces
• Request a rental, add the extras you need, and pay in the app

STAFF & VOLUNTEER TOOLS

Requires a MemberWorks account with your local Y. Sign-in is handled securely in your device's browser, so your password is never typed into the app. Some features depend on your membership type, branch, and staff role.
