The keyboard is completely broken. It will often type random characters you haven't pressed on the touch screen, without any interaction. This makes it almost impossible to write anything. There's characters on the screen, so I guess if you prefer to enter text this way, you're not affected. But for anyone who wants to learn to write Japanese using a keyboard, which is an important skill, this app is 100% broken. The video section is just a bunch of broken YouTube links.

The new version is so caotic and confusing, too many options and tabs and not a clear learning path. Also, I had two levels before but it only seems to have kept the lower one? The old version was simple, straight forward, with a linear learning pth. It was easier to understand the levels and track progress and practice. Why change something that works perfectly as it is JP

I really loved memrise, especially because I could do the community course of the website I use to learn Korean, to study the vocabulary. I also liked the way you learned the words before a lot more, the variation of the ways and that you could choose which one you do. Like a quick round etc. I would love to have the option to change back to the old interface
