After reviewing all of the apps out there for perimenopause, I found that there just wasn't anything that really offered what women needed once they moved past 40. There are so many apps that are designed for perfectly timed periods, and don't even track hot flashes or sleep issues. So our team got to work building something better. We're improving it every week based on feedback from thousands of women who use MenoLife every day.

I really wanted to like this app. As someone dealing with the irregularities of perimenopause, I was eager to try it, but it is not user friendly. It wouldn't let me put in flow. In fact, the options listed didn't always open up. I was in middle of stressful move and didn't check in for a week. Wouldn't let me modify end of menses. And the check in I found to be useless and annoying. I just want an app to track my cycle and symptoms in. This was not it. 😒

So far this app is great. Its completely free with a wide range of up to date information about the science of menopause. Recording symptoms is easy with daily prompts and the insights have a 30-90 look back window to chart trends. I hope that we can get reports over a longer period of time as some point.
