Mentallys is a FREE service for self-care and access to mental health care. The app is simple, beautiful, secure, so you can easily take care of yourself and your loved ones, feeling considered and protected. The app is part of a platform for accessing care and managing mental health pathways, based on a client partnership with several public health services, universities, community organizations, and professionals in private practice.

ACCESS PEER SUPPORT WORKERS AND HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS
Have you been referred to the public mental health network? Are you being treated in private practice or in the community? Chat with peer support workers, i.e. people who have already experienced mental health problems and are trained in helping others. Chat with the healthcare professionals who support you, whether in the public network, in the community or in private practice. Mentallys helps you stay in touch with all your professionals and caregivers, and they can access the information you generate on the app about your health. Mentallys is your safety net!
YOUR DATA IS SECURE AND NOT TRACKED
Are you concerned about your privacy? Thanks to our client partnership, the Mentallys app is offered free of charge and maintained at a high level of quality and security, with no tracking of activity for advertising purposes (no use of advertising ID). Your data is hosted at Microsoft's Canada East data center in Quebec City, and benefits from the highest standards of cybersecurity, including Azure encryption. Chat messages are end-to-end encrypted, so no third party can read them.
