Mentaly is a personal well-being app that helps you create a short space for yourself during the day and try to prepare more calmly for the night.
Record your mood, write your thoughts in a journal, follow breathing exercises, and listen to long ambient sounds before sleep. The weekly overview created from your recordings will allow you to see your own routine and changes more clearly.

LONG SLEEP AND AMBIENT SOUNDS
Create your nighttime routine with long sound recordings designed for uninterrupted listening instead of short samples. Playback controls, track title, and cover art appear on the lock screen and notification panel. You can continue listening even when the app is running in the background.
PERSONAL AND PRIVACY-FOCUSED
Your journal and mood logs are initially stored in a local database on your device. When you sign in with your account, you can back up your supported recordings to your account via Firebase. Mentaly does not use your daily text for advertising personalization.
PREMIUM
Premium membership unlocks select long audio collections, advanced breath rhythms, in-device guided chat and mindfulness limit-free daily use, and ad-free access. Pricing, duration, and renewal information will be displayed by Google Play prior to purchase. You can manage or restore your purchases from your Google Play account.
IMPORTANT
Mentaly is not a medical device; it does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Consult a healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have thoughts of self-harm or need immediate assistance, contact your local emergency hotline.
