I frequently have problems with the payment portion of this app. I'll spend an hour meticulously adding items to my cart only to get to the very end & the payment screens won't load right, I lose my pick-up time slot and wasted all that time and effort. I'll just use Walmart or Kroger app from now on...Update: I got out of the app & used the website with no problem. This app is terrible.

The app is cumbersome. Weekly ad is horrible on app. Like that cart is categorized - need to make the list categorized as well. Not all items in store are listed in app (ie., I want Challenge Butter [Olive Oil/Sea Salt] - I can walk into the store & it's on the shelf, but it does not appear in the app). Figure out a way to accept coupons. Don't try to emulate Wal-Mart - there's a reason some of us don't shop there - be better. I would prefer my groceries be in paper bags.

Downloaded app, created an account, signed in. App goes to a page with 3 options, start a list, pick up or delivery. All lead to a set location screen. I put in the city, I know there are 2 stores in the area. Get a notice there are no stores in the selected area. No matter what town I go to that I know had one! I even drilled down in the map until the actual store was shown with it's name even on the map and still it says no stores in chosen location. I have to close the app to get out.
