They say that they provide an immediate hotline support to solve any problems but the hotline never even answers, I faced a problem with my money transaction and I had to wait 2 days for the chat support to reply also the chat support is not working on the application I had to do it through their website and they offer no compensation for the harm that caused

The app has a very high fee and also what i don't understand where you deposit a mony the app take his fee and you also need to recharge the virtual card and also take another fees which is very sucks, i don't think i will use it again

honestly I really love this app, the only problem is that I'm being asked to go to a verification center , but I won't be able to go, please is there no other way that I can verify my fyatu account without going to any verification center for verification?
