Not a huge fan of the app style. It does the job and it is very simple....I just think the design, style, and layout could be improved and modernized/updated. I recommend this credit union is you are local and especially for the loan offers, however ifnoll you are put of town often and need more flexibility/options for your banking experience, I recommend an online bank like Ally, or another larger nationwide institution. The new balance and pending transactions need to be updated faster!

It's a good app. However, it would be nice to see a running balance after each posted transaction. Also, be consistent with pending transactions. Some pending transactions are deducted from your balance and other pending transactions do not get deducted until they actually post. All pending trans should always be deducted from your balance. Also, fix the bugs that prevent being able to log in... this happens a lot. Other than that, the app is good. Great credit union.

EDIT 2: Now the app won't even launch. << Lowering to 1 star as this issue STILL hasn't been fixed and it is now almost impossible to log in or deposits checks with the app. >> App CONSTANTLY kicks me out and restarts due to "lost network connectivity." I have Comcast 55 Mbps+ Internet -- there is NO connectivity issue. This is just poorly built. If it wasn't for that, I would give it a much higher rating. 😒
