Ratings and reviews

It's a good app. However, it would be nice to see a running balance after each posted transaction. Also, be consistent with pending transactions. Some pending transactions are deducted from your balance and other pending transactions do not get deducted until they actually post. All pending trans should always be deducted from your balance. Also, fix the bugs that prevent being able to log in... this happens a lot. Other than that, the app is good. Great credit union.

This app is actually very well designed and males economical use of its graphics, which makes it fast and very easy to navigate, all onlinw functions are secured and also utilize industry standard features like autofilling verification codes from email or phone. Credit tool, and all available vanking features are easily located. Site runs quickly and have encountered no errors yet. One thing! password manager fills for both ID and password as the "password". It does offer to save your ID though.

A terribly antiquated app, the credit card portion won't even show you a detailed transaction history detail without downloading a report. Do you have a choice? No. unfortunately Merco has made making a competitive and highly functional app as a last priority.
