Edit 1/24/24 Can no longer login. Says my password is incorrect and when I try to reset it says system error. So many connection issues, very slow to do most things. Today it's been closing on me. I checked thinking maybe I just need to update, there's no app update. Very frustrating when you have an alert or doorbell and can't get it to connect.

This app does terrible at connecting to devices in home. Whether near them or not. Is slow; seeing who's at the front can take 1+ minutes for the app to load to see the camera. By the time it loads, no one is there. Not impressed by this system that they push when purchasing.

This app constantly disconnects and can't complete the commands even though it says it sends them. The smart garage door we have connected doesn't work through this app anymore. The app itself is extremely slow to load devices and execute commands. Our camera feed takes a minute to load, not very useful when someone rings the doorbell.
