A very poorly designed app. It can be used only for finding out waiting times for the rides and for brief descriptions of the rides. You still need a paper map to find your way around the park. It could greatly benefit from having : 1/ the option to build up a list of rides (sort of "to do" list); 2/ map of the park with attractions marked in the same way they are on the paper map; 3/ gps/navigation module, to show you your position and give an option to show you the way to a chosen ride.

Visiting legoland today (dec 30th 2025) and it's an absolute disgrace. - almost all rides are closed. So people are just walking around with huge queues for the few (less than 10%) of rides open - they have even closed off the playground - app keeps crashing - app is offering paid options to skip queues on rides which are closed avoid at all cost -

I've rated this app as very poor because the instructions and advice on how to use the tickets and vouchers on the App are impossible. Spent alot of money on a visit on 27th April 2024 but wasted the unlimited digital photos fee, and lost alot of time, due to staff not understanding how the app works when on site. To be fair, the map and reserve and ride tools are brilliant, but take three phones as you'll run out if battery after half a day (charging stations would be a great idea).
