Ratings and reviews

Buggy app. If I'm late, this app is usually the reason. Takes forever to load anything, and whenever the fingerprint doesn't register, instead of just letting me log in with my PIN, it makes me enter my login information manually AND request an authentication code, as though I have all the time in the world for that when I'm trying to clock back in from a break..... So annoying.

Works for clocking in/out and checking schedules, but they need to work on the login system. if I enable using bio logins, then I shouldn't have to use my password every few days. This is extremely frustrating when I'm trying to clock in for work, especially when the system decides not to accept my login (that it made me change a few days before). For an app that is vital to my job, it really needs to get its act together. You need a more robust backend system.

About a year ago this app was pretty good. and ever since the few most recent updates on this app it has literally been the absolute worst app ever does not want to connect properly and it takes a dozen times to be able to get logged in, and like before how it would keep you logged in for a few hours now kicks you out. And then you have to put in your credentials all over again every single time instead of being able to use your biometric pass key. ABSOLUTELY AGGRAVATING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
